The Outcasts managed to claim one more land before the soverien rules of The Damascus and The Forsyth began governing, and so came about Mezier Court. This courtyard was more often a housing unit for soon-to-be war horses in training, and so the area remains dry and dusty with a few shrubs and cacti. The land is hardly worth much to any other group with no water and little grass, but it's better than nothing when you're the exiled.
