From the shadows I casually observed Babylon with a smile upon my lips, and though my emerald green eyes shown brightly within the darkness of the trees, I remained perfectly hidden via camoflauge of my thick ebon coat. Perhaps if I were in a fowl mood or a more strict leader - god forbid it be the latter for I was already a harsh ruler by most wolve's standards - I'd of found the female's pompous antics both foolish and challenging of my authority, but instead I just found them amusing. Hopefully I did not overfill the fae's head with wild ideas and false hopes by ranking her as an official member of the pack, because it would be her own personal fantasy. My accepting her was strictly business, ensuring that she stay loyal and rewarding the loyalty she had provided. While only a day I understood Babylon to be worth my individual attention as I now slowly approached her; my smile disappearing, staring confidentally at her with no evidence of my before humor.
Just me Babylon, excuse me, your highness.
Acknowleding her actions I presented myself gracefully and with nobility. Hackles were slightly erect in minute challenge - something I did commonly even to those who posed no thread, like Babylon. Stopping a couple feet from her I stared placidly, looking at the falls and the crystal clear yet bitter water before returning my gaze to the femme.
